Jon Udell: Convergence: I'll take computer/phone over screen/paper Jon Udell used to write for Byte and is currently working for Infoworld. He is the latest big name that I have seen in the tech industry to have a positive take on Pocket PC Phone Edition. (In the same blog post I link to Jon also has a negative take on Tablet PC.) PPC Phone edition continues to generate positive buzz. The device and software could be a hit like Pocket PC 2000, but everything is going to depend on the pricing coming from service providers.

BTW, the last word I had seen is that Voicestream will start selling their XDA on July 15. That's about two weeks from now. I also read last night that Voicestream will start selling the Ericsson T68i this month.

And I got my Ericsson T39m back from Sony-Ericsson last night, so I should good to go on GPRS!
